Gnaural on the Mac

I don't personally have access to a Macintosh, and haven't programmed on one since the late 80s. But some research for our Mac friends to be able to use Gnaural turns up the following possiblities (as of 8/2008):

• Build Gnaural for X11 on Mac OS X, where GTK+ runs natively. Many people have done this, and one person has offered a patch for Gnaural2 (version beta-8). Be sure to read the file README.TXT for details. Beyond that, these links might be useful:

• Try building Gnaural with the in-progress GTK+ port for Mac. I can't quite tell if it is done-enough to work yet, but long range this is definitely the best answer. Here is the link:
